XNR-400B Digital Display Plastic Melt Flow Index Tester
XNR-400B Digital Display Plastic Melt Flow Index Tester

1.Application:

XNR-400B Digital Display Plastic Melt Flow Index Tester meet GB/T3682-2000, ASTM D1238-98, JB/T5456 and ISO1133 standards; used to determination of the melt mass flow rate (MFR) of thermoplastics.

Using automatic sampling to determination of melt mass flow rate, balance weighing way; then calculate the mass flow rate according to the formula. The final result of the measurement is displayed on the LCD screen and can output by the micro-printer.

This instrument measurement data accurate, operate simple, stable and reliable performance.

It is suitable for nylon and other engineering plastics, also suitable for polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), polyoxymethylene (POM), polystyrene (PS) ABS resin, polycarbonate and other low melting temperature plastic.

This melt flow rate instrument is widely used in the production of plastic raw materials, plastic products, petrochemical and other industries, colleges and universities, scientific research

departments and commodity inspection department.

2.Characteristics:

2.1.Use Industrial PLC programmable controller, LCD operation platform, single temperature unit,

   LED digital display.

2.2.It has a fault self-test function, open the power on the instrument can make a quick check.

2.3.It can store test parameter data automatically.
