  1. Overview

This instrument is developed in accordance with the T0709 Marshall Stability Test Standard of Asphalt Mixture in JTG E20-2011 “Test Regulations for Highway Engineering and Asphalt Mixtures” of the Ministry of Communications of the People’s Republic of China. It is suitable for Marshall Stability Test and Immersion Marshall Stability. Carry out the mix ratio design of the asphalt mixture or the quality inspection of the asphalt pavement construction. This method is suitable for the standard Marshall specimen cylinder (Φ101.6mm×63.5mm) and the large Marshall specimen cylinder (Φ152.4mm×95.3mm) formed by T0702 in JTG E20-2011 “Highway Engineering and Asphalt Mixture Test Regulations” ).

Instrument composition:

The Marshall stability automatic tester includes a host, a force measuring device, a flow value measuring device, a printing device and related accessories, which are used for the measurement of stability and flow value in the Marshall test. At the same time, the host of this test instrument only needs to make a few changes and is equipped with related accessories to complete a variety of tests that require vertical loads.
