The instrument meets the technical requirements and related regulations in GB/T4509 “Penetration Test of Petroleum Asphalt”, JTG E20-2011 “Test Regulations for Highway Engineering Asphalt and Asphalt Mixtures”-T0604 “Asphalt Penetration Test”. It is suitable for measuring the penetration of road petroleum asphalt, polymer modified asphalt, and the penetration of residues after the evaporation of liquid petroleum asphalt or emulsified asphalt.
Two, technical indicators
- Needle penetration depth device: precision displacement measuring device.
- Needle entry time control device: adjustable within 0-99 seconds, and the time error is less than ±0.1 second.
- Needle penetration accuracy: 0.01mm.
- Maximum penetration depth: 40mm.
- Standard needle: The total weight of the needle and needle bar is 2.5±0.05g, which meets the specifications of GB/T4509 and T0604.
- Flat-bottomed glassware: It is a hard glass cylinder with a volume greater than 1.5L and a depth greater than 80mm. There is a holder for the sample vessel inside, which can make it stable.
- Sample container: made of copper, cylindrical and flat-bottomed. The inner diameter of the sample dish is 55mm and the depth is 35mm (suitable for samples with a penetration of less than 200).
- Lifting bracket: It can be adjusted freely to facilitate the needle tip to align with the sample plane.
SZR-5 type: computer intelligent type;
SZR-6 type: add heating device on the basis of 5 type;
SZR-7 type: add a small water bath (20-30℃) on the basis of type 5;
SZR-8/9 type: increase printing function on the basis of 5/6 type.
